Brett Harmon is a graduate of Arizona State University with a fake degree in Communications. That’s partially the truth. It’s real – the diploma hangs on his wall – but if the foreign kicker from The Simpsons says it’s fake, it must be.
Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., he literally bleeds black and gold. Seriously, try pricking a finger. It doesn’t hurt that every team he loves dons those colors. Brett can quote Mike Lange catch phrases like most people our age can recite Family Guy lines.
He is well versed in nearly all sports and has shaken off that nasty, dreaded East Coast Bias that so many from the Eastern Seaboard are known for (we’re looking at you, four-letter network).
He now talks sports every day as a morning producer on The Fan AM 1060 in Phoenix and holds down the fort on Arizona’s Real Rock, 98 KUPD, on Sunday mornings.
Chances are you may have heard Brett singing Drunken Lullabies by Flogging Molly at the top of his lungs at some point or another.
